These terms cover your use of Paint Paws: Pixel Color Puzzle (“Paint Paws” or “the app”), made by QuickGame World Inc. (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing Paint Paws you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Paint Paws for your own entertainment on devices you own or control. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
Coins and other virtual items
- Coins, stars, extra moves and other in-game items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, sold or transferred.
- Virtual items are licensed to you for use in the game; you do not own them. We may change how they work, for example how much things cost in coins.
- Coins are saved on your device. They are lost if you delete the app or lose your device, and they cannot be restored.
- One-time purchases such as Remove Ads can be restored on the same Apple or Google account from Settings, then Restore purchases.
Purchases
All purchases are made through Apple or Google and are governed by their terms, including their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves: request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google Play in your order history. Prices may change.
Ads
The free version of Paint Paws shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for the products and sites they lead to. How ads use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Fair play
Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, use cheats or exploits, or use Paint Paws in any way that breaks the law or harms others.
Ownership
Paint Paws, including its art, paintings, characters, story, music and code, belongs to QuickGame World Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to it beyond the license above.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering Paint Paws or any part of it at any time. Some updates download automatically when you open the app.
No warranty
Paint Paws is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that your progress will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, QuickGame World Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Paint Paws. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in Paint Paws in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
